Teacher at Sukaldikas cooking school. I am a nonconformist, revolutionary and romantic. And although it is now very clear to me that great changes begin with oneself, I have never stopped worrying about the global situation of this beautiful blue planet, to which we belong and where we live temporarily. My mission, my grain of sand in this life, is clear to me. It has to do with awareness and ethics, when it comes to living and interacting, to have a fairer and more sustainable coexistence.
